Morgan Griffin
Morgan Griffin is a New York based dancer, choreographer, producer, curator and teacher. She holds a BA in dance from Connecticut College (2012), an MFA in Dance from NYU Tisch, and an MA in Dance Education from NYU Steinhardt (2022). She has recently performed works by Merce Cunningham, Madeline Hollander, Stephen Petronio, Andrea Miller, Raja Feather Kelly, Daniel Nagrin, and a restaging of Robert Whitman’s American Moon at Pace Gallery. She has presented her own work at Art Cake NYC, The Jewish Museum, La MaMa Experimental Theater, The Wythe Hotel, and the Paul Taylor studios, and has recently curated and produced performances at WSA, Russian Samovar, Anthology Film Archives and Jean’s on Lafayette. She has done movement direction for Nike, Noah NYC, Paco Rabanne, and Rosie Assoulin. Her work has been supported by residencies at LMCC, Art Cake NYC, and The Dragon’s Egg. She is the co-producer of the Beach Sessions Dance Series, producer for Something Special Studios, and company manager for Faye Driscoll’s Weathering. She teaches at Figure Skating in Harlem.
